Will Hall grew up in Brewton, Alabama, where his family instilled in him the importance of hard work and respect for others. From an early age, Will expressed interests in law, politics and government, which ultimately led to his choosing to go into the legal profession.
Will earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During his time at Cumberland, Will served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow and was elected Vice President of his class.
Prior to attending law school, Will earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in marketing from The University of Alabama.
Will has been a practicing attorney in Birmingham since 2019. In June 2023, Will chose to join Brockwell Smith because of his great interest in business formation, business development, and the challenges faced by businesses that require legal assistance to resolve.
Will enjoys the relationships that he forms with his clients. He enjoys knowing their priorities and objectives, which enables him to be a greater asset to his clients. He has also learned when it is beneficial for his clients to mediate, not litigate, their conflicts.
When not working, Will enjoys spending time with friends and family, Alabama Crimson Tide football, hunting, taking advantage of Birmingham’s premier dining scene, and any activity that involves being on the water.
